Description:
CRS is a tool to store and analyze crash data. The crash data entry form is designed to emulate the state's collision report form making data entry easy. Many shortcuts are provided for fast data entry.

CRS has an extensive filtering feature that allows crash records to be filtered and re-filtered up to 15 times for extensive data mining.

Many reports can be generated including Intersection Reports, Corridor Reports High Crash Locations, High Corridor Locations. Intersection crash diagrams can be generated. Scanned images of crash locations can be linked to individual crash records.

Program: Citizen Request System

Description:
One of the endless and never-ending tasks is citizen requests (complaints). CRQ was designed to organize and help keep track of citizen requests. From request initialization, field review, communications to finalization, CRQ provides you with the tools to do the job.

Many times you try and contact a citizen only to get their answering machine, voice mail, or no answer. CRQ allows you to record this event in its' database. Some requests require pictures, letters and other documents to be generated. CRQ allows links to be created and stored in the database for future reference. Finally CRQ produces a detailed report on a request that makes great documentation for the files.

CRQ is configurable. Staff, Type of Request, Neighborhood names, Communication Type, Communication Results, and Action Taken can be modified to meet your specific agency's needs. A copy of the manual can be downloaded on this website.

Program: WinWarrants 2000

Description:
When the new version of the MUTCD was introduced, the section on both the traffic signal warrants and the multi-way stop sign warrants were changed. WinWarrants 2000 was written to easily perform both these warrants.

Once the data has been gathered, a warrant analysis can be completed within fifteen minutes. The results are printed in a detailed report along with the corresponding data. The data can be stored in a database for future retrieval and update.
